Tejaswi Yadav, a prominent leader from the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), has taken a critical stance against Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s absence from Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) rallies in Bihar for the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections 2024. Yadav, son of former Bihar CM Lalu Prasad Yadav, questioned Kumar’s whereabouts, stating, “Whether he is staying at home or he has been trapped, this is a thing to ponder upon.”

The absence of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar from BJP rallies, despite his alliance with the party for the elections, has raised eyebrows and sparked speculation within the political arena. Tejaswi Yadav has openly called out the BJP for not inviting Kumar to their rallies and demanded clarity on the matter.

Furthermore, Yadav has been vocal about allegations of rising unemployment under the BJP-led regime at the Centre. He reiterated opposition claims that BJP candidates have expressed intentions to change the constitution if PM Modi comes to power again. Yadav urged PM Modi to take action against such statements, highlighting the need for accountability and transparency in political discourse.

In response to PM Modi’s accusations of opposition leaders spreading lies about the Constitution, Yadav redirected the focus towards pressing issues like price rise, unemployment, poverty alleviation, and repatriation of black money. He criticized BJP leaders for allegedly diverting attention from these critical issues and engaging in divisive rhetoric.

The political landscape in Bihar is heating up as the Lok Sabha Elections approach, with leaders like Tejaswi Yadav actively challenging the status quo and demanding accountability from the ruling alliance.
